How we deliver the programme...
The programme is delivered through a one to one flexible work-based learning approach.
You will have an Assessor appointed to work on a one to one with you throughout the programme.
Your Assessor will arrange to meet with you on a number of occasions, usually at your workplace, but meetings can also be at an alternative suitable location. You may also have ‘virtual’ meetings by phone, email or Skype. The programme will be designed to meet your specific needs.
To achieve your chosen unit/s you will undertake a range of activities including gathering work-based evidence and completing assignments. There are no exams to take.
You will have up to 9 months to complete the programme, but you can complete in shorter time if you wish. We can also offer the Award in L&D Essentials as a taught programme.
