Your Adviser will arrange to meet with you on a number of occasions, usually at your workplace, but meetings can also be at an alternative suitable location. You may also have 'virtual' meetings by phone, email or Skype. The programme will be designed to meet your specific needs.

To achieve your chosen units you will undertake a range of activities including gathering work-based evidence, completing assignments, a project, knowledge statements and taking part in a professional discussion with your Personal Adviser. There are no exams to take.

You will have up to 12 months to complete the programme, but you can complete in a shorter time if you wish.

Workshop supported learning

The 'taught' option is a 10-month programme delivered at our Head Office at Doncaster, close to Robin Hood Airport.

The programme consists of 8 x 1-day workshops and 2 x 2-day workshops spread over 10 months with one workshop each month. Lunch and refreshments are included and favourable rates are available at a hotel within walking distance of our Head Office, for those requiring residential facilities.

Assessment will be by a range of activities including assignments and a project; there are no exams to take.

Telephone, Skype or email support is also available throughout the programme and you will be provided with a Core Text Book and an on-line resource site as well as comprehensive support material given to learners at each workshop.
