cHRysos Celebrates National Apprenticeship Week 2024
National Apprenticeship Week 2024 takes place from the 5th to the 11th February and this years' theme is Skills For Life!
National Apprenticeship Week is an opportunity to celebrate with everybody in the apprenticeship community, and to promote the benefits of an apprenticeship and the opportunities they bring to employers and individuals. We are excited to be getting involved for the 17th annual week-long celebration.
We are looking forward to getting involved this week, sharing some of the journeys and achievements of our apprentices!
What is an apprenticeship?
An apprenticeship is an opportunity to work and study at the same time. Apprentices will complete on the job training and work towards a nationally recognised qualification whilst earning a salary.
"Apprenticeships for All!" Whether you are looking to start a new career or upskill in your current role, there is a huge variety of apprenticeships at a range of different levels.
What apprenticeships do cHRysos offer?
We offer a range of HR and L&D apprenticeship programmes.
Our flexible approach to working with all our clients means we can develop an apprenticeship programme to suit individual needs, using our choice of blended learning study modes.
Apprentices benefit from:
Achieving a Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development professional qualification as part of their apprenticeship programme
Tutors with ample experience in their professional field who are also current practitioners
One to one support of a Skills Assessor throughout the programme
Employers benefit from:
Apprentices trained by an experienced provider with up to date knowledge of best practice
A training provider who is small enough to care, but big enough to deliver
A flexible approach to delivery that takes your needs into account
We are thrilled to announce that 76 apprentices successfully completed an apprenticeship with us in 2023!
And in January this year, 23 apprentices enrolled onto a Level 3 or Level 7 apprenticeship programme, bringing us to a total of 229 apprentices currently studying with us!
We look forward to welcoming our new Level 5 apprentices in February.
