National Apprenticeship Week: Celebration Friday

As part of Celebration Friday, we would like to recognise the achievements and success of two of our inspirational apprentices, who have shown determination throughout their apprenticeship journey. 

Amanda Watson is now beginning her EPA journey as part of the Level 5 Learning and Development Apprenticeship.

Not long after starting her apprenticeship, Amanda experienced some significant personal challenges. Alongside this, she also took on increased responsibilities at work, adding even more pressure to an already demanding period.

Despite these challenges, Amanda has consistently demonstrated resilience and determination, never allowing circumstances to hinder her own learning and development. Having completed her practical period in January, she is now embarking on the final stage of her journey – completing her End Point Assessment.

We wish Amanda every success as she enters this final phase, and we look forward to celebrating her achievements even further once she crosses the finish line. Well done, Amanda.

Lynsey Wiseman has been on a journey of confidence building but is now also at the final stage of her apprenticeship.

At the start of the apprenticeship, Lynsey was afraid she wouldn’t be good at assignments and might be embarrassed talking in front of her cohort. She has done well in her assignments and has faced unexpected work challenges.

Lynsey was was also terrified of doing her EPA presentation, but she is now feeling more confident and seems very organised ready for her EPA.

We’re cheering Lynsey on, and we’re excited to celebrate her hard work and success once she competes her End Point Assessment. Good luck, Lynsey!
