CIPD Intermediate Level Qualifications: Human Resources
Our Intermediate qualifications in HR build on your expertise by developing your skills in problem-solving, planning and analysing. You will also develop a greater understanding of organisations and learn how to evaluate HR models and practices.
The range of units includes core subjects such as: Resourcing Talent, Employment Law and Employee Engagement.
There are three CIPD Intermediate level qualifications in Human Resources:
Once you’ve completed your qualification, you will become an Associate of the CIPD and can use the designatory letters Assoc. CIPD after your name.
At cHRysos HR you can study these qualifications through the following routes:
- In a block format – an intensive approach with 5 learning weeks for the Certificate, 7 for the Diploma or one for an Award.
- Work-based – for those already working in a HR role. Rather than going to classes, you work on a one to one with a tutor-assessor.
- Taught - you attend a 2-day workshop every other month.
