CIPD Foundation Level Qualifications: Learning & Development

Our Foundation level qualifications in L&D provide a great introduction to this professional area.  They are highly recognised by employers and give you the opportunity to develop practical skills in your chosen field.

The topics you will study will follow the training cycle: Undertaking a Learning Needs Analysis, Preparing and Designing, Delivering and Evaluating L&D activities, and also cover specialist areas like Assessing Learning & Development and Organising Learning & Development events.

There are three CIPD Foundation level qualifications in Learning and Development:

Once you’ve completed either a Certificate or Diploma qualification, you will become an Associate of the CIPD and can use the designatory letters Assoc. CIPD after your name.

At cHRysos HR you can study these qualifications through the following routes:

  • Part-time – with attendance at workshops 1 or 2 days a month.
  • Work-based – for those already working in a L&D role.  Rather than going to classes, you work on a one to one with a tutor-assessor.
