CIPD Intermediate Level Qualifications: Learning & Development

Our Intermediate qualifications in Learning and Development build on your expertise by developing your skills in problem-solving, planning and analysing.  You will also develop a greater understanding of organisations and L&D models and practices.

There’s a great range of topics available including Developing and Using Consultancy Skills, Implementing Coaching and Mentoring and Understanding Organisational Development.

There are some rules of combination, but you can mix your qualification units to cover aspects of both HR and Learning & Development.

There are three CIPD Intermediate level qualifications in Learning and Development:

Once you’ve completed your qualification, you will become an Associate of the CIPD and can use the designatory letters Assoc. CIPD after your name.

At cHRysos HR you can study these qualifications through the following routes:

  • Work-based – for those already working in a L&D role.  Rather than going to classes, you work on a one to one with a tutor-assessor.
  • Mixed-mode – in this format you are a work-based learner, but rather than having one to one tutorials you attend a 2-day workshop for each module you study.
