CMI Level 3 Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring
Who is the programme aimed at?
The Level 3 Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring is designed for those wishing to develop skills in coaching and mentoring or for supervisors and first line managers involved in coaching or mentoring a team.
What are the benefits of studying this qualification?
The qualification will help you to develop practical skills, understanding of the context of coaching and mentoring within the workplace and knowledge of coaching and mentoring theory.
The content of the qualification is relevant and practical. You will be able to apply your learning back into the workplace straight away.
There is lots of flexibility and choice about how you study and over what period of time, so you can work towards achieving your qualification in the manner that suits you best.
Learner membership of the CMI is free of charge as part of your programme and you may wish to look at ways of upgrading your membership level once your qualification is completed.

Each unit carries a number of credits and to achieve the Diploma you need to complete all Group A units and a minimum of 7 credits from Group B units.

How will the programme be delivered?
For the work-based programme, you will be allocated an Assessor to work with you throughout. To achieve the units you will undertake a range of activities including gathering work-based evidence and completing assignments.
You will have access to the cHRysos HR Management Direct virtual learning platform to support your programme of study.
What is the duration of the programme?
You will have up to 12 months to complete your programme of study.
How will the qualification be assessed?
Assessment will be by a range of activities including assignments and work-based evidence; there are no exams to take.
How can I progress further?
On completion of this qualification, you will be offered the opportunity to undertake one of our Level 5 or Level 7 qualifications in Coaching and Mentoring.
