CIPD Advanced Level Qualifications: Human Resources
CIPD Advanced level qualifications in HR are the flagship qualifications for the profession and are widely recognised by employers.
Completing a postgraduate qualification means you will have a great depth of knowledge, an understanding of the context of HR and the leadership, management and development of employees. You will develop and use skills in critical analysis and reflection and know how to develop HR strategy that will drive organisational performance.
There is a good range of core and specialist subjects to choose from such as: Employee Engagement, Employment Law, Performance Management and Resourcing and Talent Planning.
There are three CIPD Intermediate level qualifications:
Once you’ve completed your qualification, you will become an Associate of the CIPD and can use the designatory letters Assoc. CIPD after your name. If you have the right level of experience, you will then also be able to apply to upgrade to Chartered Member or Chartered Fellow.
At cHRysos HR you can study these qualifications through the following routes:
- Online distance learning – ideal if you are unable to attend classes.
- Work-based – for those working in a senior HR role. Rather than going to classes, you work on a one to one with a tutor-assessor.
- Mixed-mode – in this format you are a work-based learner, but rather than having one to one tutorials you attend a 2-day workshop for each module you study.
