Apprenticeship Success!
Join us in congratulating Natalie Giblin on successfully completing her Level 3 Apprenticeship in HR Support. Natalie also achieved her CIPD Foundation qualification, passing first time!
Natalie, who is now an associate member of CIPD, undertook her 18-month apprenticeship whilst continuing her role as Business Support and HR Coordinator for TPT Retirement Solutions, Leeds. Emma Chilton, Natalie's Learning and Development Manager said,
Natalie had recently taken on a HR role and the Level 3 HR apprenticeship supported this transition perfectly, helping to build knowledge and understanding behind key HR activities and a confidence in delivery.
Chrysos worked well with both Natalie and myself to make sure she was supported throughout the duration of the apprenticeship. We are delighted with the result and Natalie is considering progression to level 5.
Natalie’s tutors, Sheila Moore and Dr Helen Corner, were over the moon with her results. Sheila said,
We're so proud of Natalie's achievements and the progression she has made as part of her role. She had a very professional approach to the programme and was a very committed student who demonstrated the ability to progress to a higher level of study.
We're delighted that Natalie is now considering going on to the Level 5 Apprenticeship HR Consultant/Partner and we wish her every future success!
