cHRysos HR Student Wins 'Young Achiever' Award

Abby Pryde is a student here at cHRsos HR, currently completing a Level 3 Apprenticeship in HR Support. As well as her studies, Abby’s apprenticeship gives her hands-on experience as she also works for Altrad as their Recruitment Resourcer.

Awarded annually, the Altrad Inspire Awards recognise the hard work and achievements of Altrad’s people. By celebrating positive achievements, Altrad continue to build upon their positive and inspiring working culture. We would like to offer huge congratulations to Abby as she received a fantastic accolade at this year’s event – taking home the ‘Young Achiever’ award.

Speaking of her award win, Abby said: “From being here only 2 years and starting an entirely new career, I was so shocked to even be nominated but to win was just amazing. I was very happy, and I felt proud to have achieved this at such a big company.”

Abby went on to speak about the benefits of her apprenticeship and time at cHRysos HR, saying; “Since I started the apprenticeship, my confidence has grown so much! I think gaining more knowledge and attending the workshops, meeting new people etc, it has really helped me to come out of my shell. The apprenticeship has helped me grow personally and has even had me considering completing my Level 5 next!”

“If anyone is thinking of completing an apprenticeship in HR, please go for it! Your confidence and knowledge will grow profoundly and will help you to start a great and rewarding career. cHRysos HR have also been great and offer so much support throughout!”

Please join us in congratulating Abby and wishing her all the best for the future!
