Second Leicester County Council Employee Receives Distinction
cHRysos HR were delighted recently to congratulate Jennifer Bradbury on completing her Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor Apprenticeship with a distinction in her final overall assessment.
Jennifer is the second Leicester County Council employee to complete the training, and to receive top honours, and has also successfully completed the CMI Level 3 Diploma in Principles of Management and Leadership.
cHRysos HR provided a series of Masterclasses covering each element of a management and leadership role, which Jennifer and two of her colleagues attended. A Skills Coach supported Jennifer throughout the course, helping her to make good progress, identify opportunities to learn in the workplace and ensure that she had the support she needed to successfully complete the programme.
